We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we accept returns 7 days after you've received the stone. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the package has been received and inspected you will receive your refund (minus shipping costs) on the payment method provided.

We are happy to work on a payment plan with you. Payment plans typically span between 2-4 months and we can work out a custom plan for you using the Contact Us section of the website. If you decide to return an item paid for with a payment plan there is a 20% restocking fee.
