We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we accept returns 7 days after you've received the stone. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the package has been received and inspected you will receive your refund (minus shipping costs) on the payment method provided.
We do not accept returns on custom pieces and there is a 10% restock fee for returns on items paid for with a payment plan.

All custom projects require a $50 non-refundable deposit which is located under the "Finished Jewelry" tab (This amount will be taken off your total at the end).
The Custom Jewelry Process:
1. Looking up inspiration and working with you to either find the perfect piece or design something completely custom.
2. Cutting the stones (once your stone is cut you will make your first payment on the stone alone).
3. Having the jewelry made & set. (Once the piece is finished you can pay for the entire thing or start making payments on a previously decided payment plan.)
4. Once the final payment is made we will ship out your piece! (All our pieces include a jewelry box and a writeup detailing the aspects of your piece.)

At present we do not provide GIA certifications with our stones. However, we can obtain them if requested. Certification costs can vary, but at the moment it is about $200 per stone and can take a few weeks to have back in hand to ship to you. If you are interested in a certification for your stone please contact us to get that started. All stones and certifications must be purchased before sending the stones to the lab and the certifications are non-refundable should you decide to return the stone.
