SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items typically ship within 7 days of purchase.

 

We ship all our stones and jewelry using the United States Postal Service Priority mail with added insurance (to the amount of the piece) and signature required. All packages have tracking, but if you are ordering to outside the United States there can be delays in the tracking information or delays while the package goes through customs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Depending on the legislation where you live, your purchase may be subject to taxes and/or duties.  You are responsible for these, and if a package is returned because you did not pay the taxes and/or duties you will be responsible for any associated fees, including the return shipping fees.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we accept returns 7 days after you've received the stone. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the package has been received and inspected you will receive your refund (minus shipping costs) on the payment method provided.

 

We do not accept returns on custom pieces.
